The Paz del Chaco Cup was won by Paraguay in 1991, who defeated Bolivia in the first leg in Bolivia, but just managed to hold on in the second leg in Paraguay.
About the Paz del Chaco Cup
The Paz del Chaco cup is an annual soccer cup played between Paraguay and Bolivia to celebrate the Peace treaty between the two countries after the Chaco war.
